In this case fat was transferred in one procedure to mask the inner borders of the implants and improve the appearance of breastbone area

The following case involves a patient who had her breast removed on one side because of cancer. Then an expander implant was used to create a space to place the fat. Following that the expander was removed and fat was transferred in 2 procedures. The preop photo shows the expander still in place.

This case is similar to Patient 5 above except that this patient had 3 fat transfer procedures.
